Sealcoating & Crack Fill in Boise, ID

Seal the asphalt and fill the cracks before water and winter get underneath them.

Why asphalt needs sealing

Sun, water and winter all take a toll

Sun and weather dry asphalt out and open it up. Treasure Valley winters push water into every crack, it freezes, and the crack gets a little wider each time. Left alone, small cracks turn into broken pavement and potholes.

A sealcoat puts a protective layer back on the surface and slows all of that down. It also brings back the deep black a new lot has, which makes the whole property look better kept.

Crack fill comes first

Close the cracks before the seal goes down

Before sealing, the cracks get cleaned out and filled so water cannot reach the base under the asphalt. Sealing straight over open cracks only hides them for a season. Filling them first is what makes the seal worth doing.

FAQ

Sealcoat & crack fill: questions

Do you sweep before sealing?

Yes. The surface has to be clean for the seal to bond, and sweeping is what we do every day.

Can you restripe the lot after sealing?

Yes. Striping is one of our core services, so the lot gets its lines back without bringing in another company.

What if the lot has potholes too?

Potholes get patched before the seal goes down. We handle pothole repair as well, so it is all one job.
