Parking Lot Sweeping & Vacuuming in Boise, ID
Truck-mounted sweepers pick up litter, leaves, sand and grit from retail, office and apartment lots.
Every lane, stall, curb line and corner
A full pass covers the drive lanes, the parking stalls, the curb lines and islands, and the corners where the wind piles trash against a wall. The areas around dumpster enclosures and entrances get the same attention as the open asphalt.
The sweeper lifts debris off the surface and the vacuum pulls the fine material out of edges and low spots. What is left is a lot that looks cared for, and asphalt that is not being ground down by sand and gravel every time a car rolls over it.

Off the lot and gone
- Cups, bottles and wrappers
- Leaves, needles and branches
- Sand, gravel and fine grit
- Litter along curbs and islands
- Trash around dumpster enclosures
- Debris in drive lanes and entrances
Lots that need to look right every day
Shopping centers, office complexes, apartment communities, gas stations and car washes all live and die by first impressions. Customers and tenants see the parking lot before they see anything else, and a lot full of litter tells them the property is not being looked after.
Some properties need one big cleanup after a windy week, a busy event or before an inspection. Others want the lot swept on a standing schedule so it never gets bad in the first place. We do both, and the schedule is built around your property and your traffic.

Swept while the lot is empty
We are open 24 hours. If your lot is full from open to close, the sweep can happen at night, so nobody has to park around a truck and the lot is clean when the first customer pulls in.
Spring and fall cleanups are part of the job too. They clear the leaves, branches and leftover winter sand that pile up between seasons, so the lot starts each season clean.

Sweeping & vacuuming: questions
How often should a parking lot be swept?
It depends on traffic, trees and wind. A busy retail lot gets dirty fast, while a quiet office lot can go longer between sweeps. Tell us about yours and we will suggest a schedule that fits.
Do you clean around curbs, islands and dumpsters?
Yes. Curb lines, landscaped islands, corners and dumpster enclosures are part of the pass, since that is where most of the trash ends up.
Can I get a one-time cleanup?
Yes. We do one-time cleanups and ongoing maintenance contracts, whichever fits the property.
